I am an East Coast Canadian, here Labour Day weekend has always been a symbol of change, the transition out of summer and back to school. As a child, this was not my favorite time of year because it meant, in a matter of days school will start. As an adult with a school aged child, it has become the transition back into a routine, After COVID lock downs and continuing to work from home, it has become a transition back into less pressure during the work day. Oh the phases of life!
